Delivery Associate Budd Lake, NJ
RIACT LOGISTICS is looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver packages for our well-known large online retail customer. Delivery Associates strive to get every order to the customer’s door on-time.
Highlights
- Full time and part-time opportunities available
- Training provided
- Company vehicle, phone and uniforms are provided
- No CDL requirement
- Approximate hours are 10:30am to 7 pm 3-4 days per week including one weekend day
- The company delivery 7 days a week so there is some flexibility with driver scheduling
Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle
- Use hand held device for routing and customer delivery information.
- Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area
- Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions
- Load and unload packages to be
delivered
- Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!!
- Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
* Lift packages up to 50 lbs (most are under 10 lbs)
* Able to get in and out of van 100+ times per day and walk up and down stairs
Compensation & Benefits
- Associates earn starting pay of $19.25 per hour and $20.00 or more per hour with merit based earnings growth and performance bonuses

Basic Requirements:
* Eligible to work in the U.S
